The North Hampton Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting on January 17, 2000, at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall to hear the following:
1. Public Hearing
a) Growth Management & Innovative Land Use Control
Summary:
Based on five (5) indicators of impact, with procedure for phased developments
And limitations on permits through Planning Board monitoring and issuance
Of "Notice of Growth Impact."
b) Citizens Petition to Institute a Growth Control Ordinance
Summary:
Limitations on building permits for new dwelling units based on 1% of existing dwelling units.
